Privacy Policy

Nima ("we," "us") operates nimaapp.com and the Nima Android companion app. This policy matches the product: no personal data is ever stored or read by Nima.

Nima does not create an account for you, does not sell personal information, and does not keep a personal-data store. Hosting platforms used to run the site — including Vercel, Supabase, and similar infrastructure — do not receive or store your personal data from Nima.

Nima itself does not store personal data. Because of that, personal data is never sent to or stored on hosting apps or platforms such as Supabase, Vercel, or comparable hosting, database, or CDN providers.

Those services may host the application runtime (code, static assets, and anonymous operational signals). They are not used as a warehouse for your name, contact details, chat history, voice, photos, SMS contents, or other personal data.

• No personal profiles, names, emails, phone numbers, or government IDs are stored by Nima or written to hosting databases
• No conversation history is retained as personal data on Vercel, Supabase, or similar hosts
• No personal data from the Android app is uploaded to those hosts for storage or analytics
• Phone features (texts, accessibility, on-device actions) stay on your device unless you explicitly send a message in a conversation turn

You can talk to Nima without an account. A turn is processed so Nima can reply. That processing is not a grant to store your personal data on hosting platforms, and Nima does not read or retain personal data as a stored product record.

Device-side preferences (for example voice mode) may remain in your browser or phone only. They are not copied into Supabase, Vercel, or other hosts as personal data.

A signed httpOnly session cookie (nima_session) may keep an anonymous session working across visits. It does not contain chat text, your name, or other personal data, and it is not a personal-data store on hosting platforms.

Your browser may keep small on-device preferences in localStorage. Those stay on your device.

Nima is served from application hosts so the site and APIs can run. That is infrastructure for the app, not permission to collect or keep personal data.

• Vercel — serves the application; it is not used to store personal data
• Supabase — may be present as infrastructure; Nima does not send or store personal data there
• Other hosts, CDNs, or logs — used to keep the service reachable; they are not a personal-data archive

If you email nimaappai@gmail.com, that mailbox receives whatever you choose to send. That is separate from the app and is not Nima storing personal data in hosting databases.

Because Nima does not store personal data on hosting platforms, there is no personal-data profile to export from those hosts.

You can disable notifications in your browser or device settings. Uninstalling the Android app removes the on-device companion.

The site is served over HTTPS. We do not operate a personal-data store on hosting platforms to secure, because Nima does not keep one.

Nima is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
